Paul Merideth, Preaching / Teaching Minister

merideth paulHere's a bit about our preacher: Paul N. Merideth was raised in the Middle Tennessee community of Lawrenceburg. He and his wife Amanda have two children: Emma and Thomas.  Paul and Amanda were married in 1998.  Paul graduated from Freed-Hardeman University in Henderson, TN in 1998 and Amanda in 2000.

The Merideth family moved to Louisville in November 2006 from Paris, KY.  Paul served as the preacher/evangelist with the congregation in Paris for four years.  Prior to that he worked with the Clayton Church of Christ in Clayton, New Mexico from 1999-2002. Before that he served as an associate minister and youth minister at congregations in Tennessee. Paul has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree, a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree, and a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) degree all in Biblical and Theological Studies. He is currently a Ph.D. student at Southern Seminary.

merideth familyHe has been involved in several special ministry activities besides preaching.  He has regularly written religious newspaper articles in local newspapers, been involved in radio ministry, and participated in short term overseas campaigns in New Zealand, England, and East Africa.  He has been a speaker at lectureships in Texas, Tennessee, and Kentucky and conducted gospel meetings in New Mexico, Kansas, Kentucky, and Tennessee. Here at Watterson Trail Paul is engaged in preaching, teaching, visitation, Bible studies, counseling, and youth activities.
